If you have suffered injuries ˹at Uḥud˺, they suffered similarly ˹at Badr˺. We alternate these days ˹of victory and defeat˺ among people so that Allah may reveal the ˹true˺ believers, choose martyrs from among you—and Allah does not like the wrongdoers—

In the wake of unimaginable suffering, nothing has stirred the hearts of the Ummah more profoundly than the ongoing plight of our brothers and sisters in Gaza. In the face of this overwhelming darkness, we look to our past—to those who, in moments of extreme adversity, turned to Allah (SWT) and found strength in the most unexpected places. This session will explore how the Quran offers wisdom and guidance during times of trial and tribulation, drawing parallels between the current situation in Gaza and the pivotal battles of Islam. From the victorious Battle of Badr to the painful yet enlightening Battle of Uhud, we will examine how Islam teaches us to navigate struggle and loss while remaining anchored in hope and faith.
