The Prophet said, “… How can Allah sanctify a nation if their strong do not support their weak?”
To err is human. To establish and prop up interconnected systems (political, economic and social) that disproportionately advantage certain groups through inequity and oppression over others is inexcusable and demands to be dismantled. Recognizing them, investigating how they function, and striving to recenter them around justice, is imperative in our present, for a brighter collective future.
