مَنْ عَمِلَ صَـٰلِحًۭا مِّن ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنثَىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌۭ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُۥ حَيَوٰةًۭ طَيِّبَةًۭ ۖ وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُم بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ ٩٧
Whoever does good, whether male or female, and is a believer, We will surely bless them with a good life, and We will certainly reward them according to the best of their deeds.
It is clear that men and women hold equal measure with Allah SWT. Yet, the question of the status of women in Islam remains one of consistent interrogation and misunderstanding. We continue to seek clarity in order to uphold the rights of girls and women in the Ummah, as is pleasing to Allah SWT, and how women can nuture their eemaan with conviction while navigating the conflcting standards imposed by the world.
