صِبْغَةَ ٱللَّهِ
وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ صِبْغَةًۭ ۖ وَنَحْنُ لَهُۥ عَـٰبِدُونَ
This is the ˹natural˺ Way of Allah. And what is better than Allah in ordaining a way? And we worship ˹none but˺ Him. [Translation of the Meaning of Surah Baqarah 2:138]
To imbue oneself with color, is to absorb it into every fiber of one’s being and forever display that brand in every facet of one’s life. What does it mean, to take on the “Sibgha” of Allah? For Tawheed to be evinced in every step we take, to every person we greet? To partake in life with Izza – the humble confidence that comes from being rooted in the Haqq of Allah SWT and His Words?
